A glimpse into the small scale production of knitwear in and around the Renaissance era village of Lucca, Italy. The sweaters are made in the cottage industry tradition - panels are knitted and delivered to home workshops for linking together, adding buttonholes and buttons. Maicol works alongside his mother in their studio to check and finish each piece.
