Orders are shipped using the United States Postal Service: Domestic shipping is $10 flat rate - please allow U.S. Priority mail 5-7 days for delivery from ship date in the continental U.S. International orders pay a flat rate of $50.00 and shipment time varies based on destination. Receiver is responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders can take up to three business days to be shipped, a confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Additional shipping costs for returns, rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery for refund or exchange. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
To return merchandise, email email@example.com for return authorization. Items returned without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
